So, how do you optimize your Shopify checkout? On #shopifyplus and ready to expand the scope of the changes you make to improve your checkout journey?
Checkout optimization is high risk and high reward.
High reward because the average checkout abandonment rate fluctuates between 60% and 80%. These are people who were (almost) convinced by your sales pitch. It is absolutely worth your time to dig into why they felt the need to stall the purchase.
High risk because you are asking folks to make themselves vulnerable to your brand. Shell out money... hand over Credit Card details. They are eager yet jittery. One wrong move and you cause major damage to hard revenue.
The more data you have to hypothesize, the better the chance of a meaningful lift in conversions.
We get how intense it is!
That's why we've invited Shopify store veteran Andra Baragan of ONTRACK Digital, and the main man behind the ultimate form & checkout analytics tool Zuko (Alun Lucas) to walk you through how two #cro professionals use buyer behavior signals to identify checkout roadblocks.
The session covers:
💡 The mystery of the coupon field (to show or not to show, atleast explicitly)
💡 How to zero in on the exact stage that causes abandonments
💡 Concrete optimization tips to help your #shopify checkout work better
