Welcome to my introduction to philosophy and its history - this time focusing on Aristotle - virtue ethics, logic, and substances. The influence of this thinker on science, our culture, and our thinking cannot be overstated, which is why I can only scratch the surface in this video. Nevertheless, I hope it inspires some people to dive a little deeper into the topic.
My videos are intended as an introduction to philosophy for people who have had little contact with the subject so far, or for refreshing knowledge and entertainment.
So please understand that if you are, for example, a philosophy student, the discussion may seem relatively simple.
The motto is essentially: "Philosophy made simple". Over time, I aim to cover the entire spectrum of philosophical thought through various thinkers and movements:
Practical philosophy, political philosophy, ethics, epistemology, and everything else.
I run this introduction to philosophy and the channel in my spare time, so there may be breaks of one or two months between videos.
