Check out the writeup of the Windows Print Management Utility on our website.
This powerful MMC console provides much more detail and control than the standard "Devices and Printers" menu, making it an essential tool for both home power users and IT professionals.
In this tutorial, we walk through the console's features, including how to view driver versions, manage print ports (like TCP/IP for network printers), and add or remove print servers. We also touch on advanced features like deploying printers via Group Policy, ensuring that printers are automatically available for specific users or workstations across a network.
