In traditional watch movement we commonly apply free wheeling motion to test the gear train immediately after assembly or during trouble shooting. In quartz watch particularly the chronograph movement which has multiple step motors with each gear train assigned free wheeling test is not applicable so I made this special tool to be able to do that.
