In this Patreon video we’re going to be making the first draft of a figure composition I've been thinking about making for a long time. This project, for now titled the Samson Project, is going to be my attempt to remake a lost or never finished Michelangelo project. Using my own methods and means to put my own spin on things.
This will be the first maquette figure made in oil-based clay to work out the design in three dimensions and discover what we can, so when we scale up we've already found the problem areas and know how to solve them. Enjoy!
