Now that we talked about the different options, to choose your CMS, here are some recommendations:
- If you don't have the time and/or skills to build your website design for yourself go for a templated solution like Ghost, Squarespace, Wordpress themes
- If you have certain experience (or want to learn a framework) a Headless CMS is a solid choice (flexible and non-locking). Look for something with a big community, with solid API performances
- Once you made your shortlist, try them out, do simple projects. It's a tool you (your team) will be using a lot, and most CMS offer samples/free tiers that allow you to make your own idea
