This is a user guide for Prusa Slicer for those familiar with Cura and its settings for doing thin wall printing. Prusa Slicer Configuration files and test part available at
https://soarkraft.com/With the Prusa Slicer 2.5 update this slicer can now prepare thin wall parts - such as RC airplane parts - for printing and can be an alternative slicer to Cura. Cura Slicer 5.0/5.1 and Prusa Slicer 2.5 both adopted the Arachne Perimeter Engine and slice parts wit similar results... Cura 4.11 may still be better... really like how Prusa Slicer organizes setting: Slicing, Material, Printer separately.
This video shows the setting equivalent from Cura to Prusa for many important thin wall printing setting to set up Prusa, as well as a basic overview and benefits of the different slicers. The great thing is both are free and both are available so trying it just takes time.... and may help on your project.
This is just information from experience and good results. Different parts and different printers may need adjusted setting beyond the one described here. This is just to get the conversation started as thin wall 3D printing has been changing and evolving rapidly.
