These Terms of Use define the terms and conditions for using the Knoovi platform, as well as the rights and obligations of users.

Knoovi is a business educational content aggregation platform that allows users to access selected YouTube videos organized by categories.

Using the platform implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Use.

2.1 Free access - Some features of Knoovi are available for free without registration. Free access allows you to browse the 100 most recently added videos on the platform.

2.2 User account - Creating a user account is required to access certain features (favorites, content proposals, AI chat).

2.3 Premium subscription - The Premium subscription (€14.99/month) provides access to all videos on the platform, unlimited AI questions, and advanced features.

3.1 Registration - To create an account, the user must provide a valid email address and choose a secure password.

3.2 Responsibility - The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any use of the account is presumed to have been carried out by the account holder.

3.3 Accuracy of information - The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4.1 Authorized use - Knoovi is intended for personal and educational use. The user agrees to use the platform in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable laws.

4.2 Prohibited activities - The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Extracting, copying, or mass downloading content
• Using robots, scripts, or automated tools
• Sharing login credentials with third parties
• Submitting illegal, offensive, or morally objectionable content

5.1 Third-party content - Videos on Knoovi come from YouTube and remain the property of their respective authors. Knoovi only aggregates and references this publicly available content.

5.2 Availability - Knoovi does not guarantee the permanent availability of videos. A video may be removed or become unavailable if it is taken down from YouTube by its author.

5.3 Content proposals - Users may suggest the addition of new videos. Knoovi reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal without justification.

6.1 Pricing - The Premium subscription is billed monthly at €14.99 including tax. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

6.2 Payment - Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The subscription is automatically renewed each month.

6.3 Cancellation - The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no prorated refund.

6.4 Right of withdrawal - In accordance with consumer protection law, the user has a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Knoovi includes an AI chat feature that allows users to ask questions about videos. Responses are automatically generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies.

The user acknowledges that these responses are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. Knoovi cannot be held liable for decisions made based on these responses.

All elements of the Knoovi platform (structure, design, source code, databases) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Knoovi.

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation of all or part of the platform is prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable under intellectual property law.

10.1 Availability - Knoovi strives to ensure maximum availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or due to force majeure.

10.2 Limitation of liability - Knoovi cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

10.3 Content - Knoovi does not control the content of referenced YouTube videos and disclaims all liability regarding their accuracy, legality, or compliance.

Knoovi reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access in the event of a violation of these Terms of Use, without notice and without compensation.

The user may delete their account at any time from their profile. This deletion results in the permanent loss of all data associated with the account.

Knoovi reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or notification on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after modification of the Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these terms shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
