Google is giving so much info BEFORE they visit you or visit your website. So think from the customer's perspective. What attracts their recent reviews and ratings, offers, great images.
Consistency on all-out info and social media etc builds local trust and improves the strength of your branding.
It's really important to fill out data into the Google database if you want to maximize the efforts you're putting in. You need to get links and citations, these directories give you authority. Again consistency is really important. register in Yell, TripAdvisor Facebook, along with those indexes that are important in your local industry.
